Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Digital File Organizer to support our freelance clients in managing their financial and business documentation. This 100% remote role involves systematizing digital records, ensuring easy access, and maintaining data integrity for a diverse portfolio of independent professionals. You will play a crucial part in streamlining operations and supporting our clients’ success from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain digital files for a portfolio of freelance clients, including invoices, receipts, contracts, and other business documents.
  • Implement and manage consistent file naming conventions and folder structures across various cloud storage platforms.
  • Ensure all digital documents are accurately categorized, tagged, and easily retrievable.
  • Perform regular audits of digital files to identify and correct discrepancies or missing information.
  • Assist clients in migrating existing physical or scattered digital files into a centralized, organized system.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for digital file management and security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of documentation with accounting processes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) at all times.
