Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct emotional and practical support to service users, assisting with daily living activities and personal care where required.
- Engage service users in therapeutic activities and promote their independence, choice, and control.
- Observe and report changes in service users' condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care and support provided.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic person-centered care.
- Assist with creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for service users.
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to develop skills and knowledge.
