Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct emotional and practical support to service users, assisting with daily living activities and personal care where required.

  • Observe and report changes in service users' condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of care and support provided.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic person-centered care.
  • Assist with creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for service users.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to develop skills and knowledge.
