Job Description
Are you passionate about dining out and have a keen eye for detail? We are seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as Restaurant Mystery Guests. This unique part-time role allows you to enjoy complimentary meals at our various restaurant brands while providing invaluable feedback on service quality, food presentation, cleanliness, and overall dining experience. Your observations will directly contribute to upholding our high standards and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned restaurant locations discreetly, posing as a regular guest.
- Order and consume meals, paying close attention to specific service elements and operational procedures.
- Observe and evaluate the entire dining experience, from greeting to departure, including food quality, speed of service, staff attentiveness, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Complete detailed, objective, and timely reports following each visit, adhering to provided guidelines and criteria.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your role and observations.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and instructions provided for each assignment.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to help improve restaurant operations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observation and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for comprehensive report writing.
- Ability to remain objective and unbiased during evaluations.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Access to reliable transportation for restaurant visits.
