Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Weekend Student Lab Aide to join our Clinical Administration team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is perfect for a student looking to gain valuable experience in a clinical setting while managing their academic schedule. You will provide essential administrative support to our laboratory operations, ensuring efficient data management and record keeping. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry for laboratory results, patient information, and administrative records with high accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of lab-related administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with lab personnel and other administrative staff regarding data discrepancies or inquiries.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as needed for clinical administration.
