Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our dynamic team immediately. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that Hilton Garden Inn is known for. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to established standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Change bed linens and make beds, replenish towels and amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish surfaces.
- Empty trash and replenish supplies.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain organized and stocked linen closets and cleaning carts.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
