Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and feeding.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
  • Support patients with their emotional and social needs, providing companionship and comfort.
  • Assist nurses with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Document care provided accurately and timely in patient records.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Participate actively in all required training and professional development sessions.
