Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare food and beverages to Starbucks standards, including coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately, following company cash handling policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including lobby, restrooms, and work areas.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and receiving deliveries.
- Support store operations as needed, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Foster a welcoming environment for all customers and fellow partners.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a high school or higher education program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
