Job Description

Are you passionate about beauty and providing exceptional customer service without the need for phone calls? Sephora is looking for a dedicated Online Chat Agent to join our dynamic customer service team in Burbank, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with product inquiries, order support, and beauty advice through live chat channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time, personalized assistance to customers via live chat regarding product information, order status, promotions, and general inquiries.
  • Offer expert beauty advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with Sephora's product catalog, promotions, and beauty trends to provide informed support.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in training and development sessions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
