Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Float Tank Attendant to join our team in Shoreditch, London. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn, and possess excellent customer service skills. Full training will be provided to ensure you become proficient in all aspects of float tank operation, maintenance, and technical support. Your primary role will be to ensure our float tanks are immaculate and fully functional, provide exceptional guest service, and assist with the day-to-day operations of our center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in guests, providing a warm and informative introduction to their float experience.
  • Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and prepare float rooms and tanks to the highest hygiene standards after each session.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal water quality in all float tanks, including pH, salinity, and temperature levels.
  • Perform basic technical troubleshooting and routine maintenance on float tank systems and equipment.
  • Educate guests on the benefits of floatation therapy and answer any questions they may have.
  • Ensure a calm, serene, and comfortable environment for all guests.
  • Manage bookings, process payments, and assist with retail sales of wellness products.
  • Handle laundry, restocking supplies, and maintaining general cleanliness of the center.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and operational protocols.
