Job Description
Are you passionate about sports and helping others? Sport Chek in Gatineau is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate. No prior retail experience is necessary – we believe in investing in our people, and full, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in finding the right products, offering expert advice on features, benefits, and usage.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising products and restocking shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and store policies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
