Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and eager to start a career in nail care? Desert Bloom Nail Studio is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Nail Salon Junior / Assistant. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity to learn the trade from experienced professionals, develop your skills, and grow within a supportive and upscale environment. While prior experience is not required, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and excellent customer service skills are essential. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon and providing a top-tier experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior nail technicians with client preparation and service execution.
- Prepare and sanitize work stations, tools, and equipment before and after each client.
- Greet clients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon floor, reception area, and treatment rooms.
- Help manage inventory of supplies and notify senior staff when reordering is necessary.
- Observe and learn various nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Support the front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
- Adhere to all salon policies, health, and safety regulations.
