Job Description

Our expert instructors will guide you through both theoretical and practical lessons, ensuring you gain your PCV licence and become a confident, professional driver. Upon successful completion of your training and obtaining your PCV licence, you will join our team of dedicated drivers in Leicester, providing essential transport services to our valued passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operating a bus on scheduled routes, adhering to timetables and road regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service, assisting passengers with enquiries, and ensuring a comfortable journey.
- Handling cash and processing tickets accurately, using our onboard systems.
- Conducting pre-service vehicle checks to ensure the bus is safe and roadworthy.
- Responding professionally to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring passenger safety and minimal disruption.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment on the bus.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving licence (car) with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining schedules.
- A commitment to safety and a responsible attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
