Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Aide to join our team, focusing specifically on digital goods. In this critical role, you will be responsible for tracking, managing, and reconciling our extensive catalog of digital assets, including game licenses, in-game items, and promotional codes. This position requires strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely availability of digital content. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining precise records and contributing to the smooth operation of our digital supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update databases for digital goods inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile digital asset discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist with regular inventory audits of digital products and licenses.
- Coordinate with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure digital goods are properly categorized and ready for distribution.
- Process incoming digital asset deliveries and outgoing allocations.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, movement, and status.
- Implement and maintain best practices for digital inventory management.
- Collaborate on improving inventory tracking systems and processes.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding digital asset availability and status.
Required Skills
