Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Records Management Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, organization, and maintenance of critical company records. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, a commitment to data integrity, and the ability to work independently within established guidelines. This is a crucial role for maintaining operational efficiency and compliance within UPS’s extensive record-keeping framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and retrieve data from various record management systems.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular audits of records to ensure data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Respond to internal requests for information and records in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of improved record-keeping processes and procedures.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and records.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry and record management software.

  • Experience in a logistics or transportation industry setting.
