Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Teleperformance Payroll Data Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while contributing to the stability and accuracy of our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the precise and timely processing of payroll data, maintaining confidential employee records, and supporting various administrative tasks within the payroll department. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and process payroll-related data including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation and verification of payroll reports and reconciliations.
  • Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, and state regulations related to payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform regular audits of payroll data to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 distribution.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
