Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in the company's CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Dedicated, quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (inbound preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
