Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Google Chat Specialist to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at written communication. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial support and information to internal and external stakeholders exclusively through Google Chat, with absolutely no phone calls required. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless communication experience for our users, leveraging your expertise in Google Workspace tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming Google Chat messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to users regarding various company services, policies, and technical queries.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior specialists when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and Google Workspace functionalities.
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately within our internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Adhere to company communication guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Chat, Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a chat-based customer service or support role.
- Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems.
