Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Wellness Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this home-based role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, maintaining, and verifying crucial health and wellness data into our systems. This position plays a vital part in ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information used to support our clients’ health journeys. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input health and wellness-related data from various sources into designated databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).
- Organize and file digital documents and records efficiently.
- Perform regular data quality checks and contribute to process improvements for data entry workflows.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related issues or queries.
- Generate reports as needed to support various departments with accurate data insights.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data management and remote work.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
