Job Description

Netflix is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Content Beta Tester. In this fully remote role, you will have the unique opportunity to experience and evaluate unreleased Netflix series, films, and features. Your critical feedback will directly influence the quality and user experience of our future content offerings, ensuring that millions of subscribers worldwide enjoy the best possible entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and critically evaluate unreleased Netflix original series, films, and documentaries across various genres and devices.
- Identify and report any technical glitches, bugs, or user experience issues (e.g., playback errors, subtitle synchronization, streaming quality).
- Provide detailed qualitative feedback on content elements such as story pacing, character development, visual effects, and overall entertainment value.
- Complete surveys and participate in virtual feedback sessions to articulate observations and suggestions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all unreleased content and internal discussions.
- Adhere to testing timelines and deliver comprehensive feedback within specified deadlines.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- A deep passion for entertainment, including movies, TV shows, and emerging media trends.
- Proficiency with streaming platforms and various digital devices (smart TVs, mobile phones, tablets, computers).
