Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pinterest Customer Interaction Specialist to manage solo chat and email support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Pinterest users, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an outstanding customer experience entirely through text-based communication. This position requires excellent written communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for helping others navigate the Pinterest platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to Pinterest user inquiries via live chat and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to account management, technical problems, content guidelines, and general platform usage.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information, guiding users through solutions and features.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and efficient support.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest product updates, policies, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English (grammar, spelling, punctuation).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage a queue of customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in using web-based applications and CRM software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on empathy and service excellence.
- Ability to adapt to new information and changing processes quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably chat or email support.
- Familiarity with the Pinterest platform as a user or professional.
- Experience working in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
