Job Description

FedEx is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a WFH Delivery Support – Remote Logistics Aide, Seasonal. This 100% remote position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our seasonal delivery services by providing essential administrative and logistical support from your home office. You will play a vital role in coordinating delivery efforts, resolving logistical issues, and maintaining accurate records during our busiest periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor delivery schedules and provide real-time updates to relevant teams.
  • Assist in tracking packages and resolving delivery exceptions or delays.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to address inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and delivery statuses using internal systems.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation for logistics operations.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives related to delivery support.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
