Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented WFH Apple Analyst with a strong focus on data and performance to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets related to Apple products, services, and ecosystem performance. You will provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions, identify trends, and optimize user experience and product adoption. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources related to Apple's products and services.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for improvement or areas of concern.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, product performance, and market dynamics within the Apple ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Apple-related initiatives and campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Stay current with Apple's product releases, platform changes, and industry trends to anticipate data needs and analysis opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem, including hardware, software (iOS, macOS), and services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Previous experience analyzing mobile app data or digital product performance.
- Certifications in data analytics or relevant technologies.
