Job Description
We are seeking a highly reliable and organized WFH Administrative Partner to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. As an Administrative Partner, you will be instrumental in supporting various departments by managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for multiple team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate and support virtual meetings, including setting up technology, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic financial record keeping.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of remote teams.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Previous experience in a healthcare or large organizational setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
