Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Energy Sector Runner to join our fast-paced Houston operations. In this critical support role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of documents, supplies, and information throughout our dynamic office environment. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a high-speed setting where precision and timeliness are paramount. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver internal and external mail, packages, and documents to various departments and locations within the office campus.
- Manage and maintain office supply inventory, including ordering, stocking, and distributing supplies as needed.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are in place.
- Perform various errands as required, both on-site and occasionally off-site, to support administrative and operational needs.
- Operate office equipment such as copiers, printers, and scanners for large-volume tasks.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with employees, clients, and vendors.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to teams as directed.
