Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Packaging Operative and become an essential part of our production process. This role involves the efficient and accurate packaging of our high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. It’s a straightforward but crucial position, perfect for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic setting. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you have all the tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure products are packaged correctly, adhering to quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform regular quality checks on packaged goods, identifying and reporting any defects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area, complying with all food safety regulations.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Assist with other general production tasks and support team members as required to meet production targets.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively and maintain focus in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
