Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Fast Food Team Members to join our bustling Gateshead shop. As a Part-time Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our customers enjoy a fantastic food experience. This role offers 15-20 hours per week, perfect for those looking for flexible work within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently and politely, handling transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, hot drinks, and baked goods according to Greggs standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shop, including food preparation areas and customer seating.
- Ensure product displays are well-stocked, appealing, and correctly priced.
- Operate the till and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist with stock rotation and deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
