Job Description

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level WFH Secretary. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files and documents efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support to multiple teams as needed.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and virtual messages, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office Suite.
