Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections of parts and finished products during weekend shifts to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Follow established quality control procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Accurately record and document inspection results, including any non-conforming issues.
- Report identified quality concerns to supervisors or senior quality personnel promptly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized inspection area.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of quality processes and product specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency.
