Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior UPS Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive in a 100% remote work environment. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual eager to grow their career within a dynamic, global logistics company. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing reports, and handling various administrative tasks crucial to the executive’s success. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in data entry, report generation, and basic financial tracking.
- Support the executive in various projects and initiatives, including research and data compilation.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication flow within the team and with external partners.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools to streamline administrative processes.
