Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team in Colchester, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for immediate employment with various shift patterns available to suit your lifestyle. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be crucial to our supply chain, playing a key role in the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload incoming goods, checking for quantity and quality issues.
  • Store goods safely and efficiently in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to picking lists and procedures.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring they are correctly labelled and secured.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, stackers) safely after training.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets.
  • Perform other duties as required to support warehouse operations.
