Job Description

We are seeking a highly polished and professional VIP Lounge Host to elevate the guest experience at our exclusive high-end events. As a VIP Lounge Host, you will be the face of luxury, responsible for creating an impeccable and personalized environment for our distinguished guests. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to service, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every guest feels valued and catered to. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome VIP guests to exclusive lounges and event areas.
  • Manage access to VIP areas, ensuring only authorized guests are admitted while maintaining discretion.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including serving refreshments, light snacks, and facilitating special requests.
  • Maintain a pristine and inviting lounge environment, ensuring all areas are impeccably clean and organized.
  • Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, services, and hotel amenities.
  • Proactively engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Handle guest inquiries and minor issues with grace and efficiency, escalating complex matters to management.
  • Collaborate with event staff and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and service protocols.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or luxury retail.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
