Job Description

TUI UK & Ireland is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Travel Agents in Digbeth, Birmingham. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a structured training program to understand TUI products, services, and booking systems.
  • Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email with holiday inquiries and bookings.
  • Learn to identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages, destinations, and ancillary services.
  • Process bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless booking experience.
  • Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination information.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
