Job Description

Quarriers is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Trainee Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Finnieston, Glasgow. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred emotional and practical support to individuals living with mental health conditions.
  • Assist individuals in managing daily living tasks, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Support individuals to access community resources and engage in social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with senior support workers and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of support provided.
  • Participate actively in all mandatory training and continuous professional development opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with individuals, their families, and colleagues.
  • Adhere to all Quarriers policies, procedures, and relevant legislative requirements.
