Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Relations Specialist with a strong focus on creative talent to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with top-tier creative influencers across various platforms. Your expertise will drive engaging campaigns that elevate Concentrix’s brand presence and foster authentic connections within the creative community. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, while collaborating with a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and recruit high-impact creative influencers aligned with Concentrix's brand values and campaign objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring fair compensation and clear deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative briefs and campaign strategies.
- Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Manage influencer budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or talent management, specifically with creative talent.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and onboard relevant influencers.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their creative communities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Existing network of creative influencers, particularly in design, art, or digital content creation.
- Experience working for a global brand or agency.
- Familiarity with contract law related to talent agreements and intellectual property.
- Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
