Job Description

Join our innovative Cloud Campus team as a Customer Service Representative and become the voice of Teleperformance from anywhere. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home while being an integral part of our global operations. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support across various channels. We are looking for empathetic, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, virtual setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
