Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Digital Records Verifier to join our remote administrative team. This critical role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our extensive digital records, supporting various departments across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and verify digital records, documents, and data against established source materials.
- Identify, document, and correct discrepancies, errors, or missing information in digital files.
- Ensure all verified records comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols at all times.
- Document verification processes, findings, and resolutions thoroughly.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to resolve complex data issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of records management processes and digital verification workflows.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
