Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Corporate Training Annotator to join our remote team. In this WFH business role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our internal corporate training programs by accurately annotating and categorizing various forms of training content. Your work will directly contribute to the development of sophisticated AI models that power personalized learning experiences for Google employees worldwide. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and accurately annotate a wide range of corporate training materials, including videos, audio, text, and interactive modules.
- Categorize and tag content according to predefined guidelines and taxonomies, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and document potential ambiguities or issues in training content and annotation guidelines.
- Collaborate with content developers, AI engineers, and instructional designers to refine annotation processes and improve training effectiveness.
- Participate in calibration sessions and ongoing training to maintain high levels of annotation accuracy and consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback on annotation tools and guidelines to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Manage workload effectively to meet daily and weekly annotation targets.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols for all sensitive training materials.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with various digital tools and platforms, comfortable with learning new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow complex instructions and guidelines meticulously.
- Basic understanding of corporate learning and development concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Linguistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in learning technologies.
- Experience with e-learning platforms or learning management systems (LMS).
