Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tennis Court Sweeper & Line Painter to join our dedicated maintenance team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and immaculate presentation of our tennis courts, ensuring they meet the highest standards for playability and appearance. This involves sweeping courts, maintaining proper drainage, and meticulously painting court lines as needed. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys an active outdoor role, and contributes to a top-tier sporting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily sweeping and cleaning of all tennis courts, removing debris, leaves, and other obstructions.
- Ensure court surfaces are clean, safe, and ready for play at all times.
- Inspect courts for damage, wear, or irregularities and report findings to the supervisor.
- Accurately measure and paint tennis court lines, adhering to official dimensions and standards.
- Assist with basic court maintenance tasks, including net adjustments and minor repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment and storage areas.
- Support special events and tournaments by preparing courts as required.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including sweeping, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and precision.

Preferred Qualifications
