Job Description

Join Accenture as a Chatbot Interaction Analyst and be at the forefront of shaping the future of conversational AI. In this ‘Smart Working Role,’ you will analyze chatbot performance, user interactions, and conversational flows to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience. You will work closely with AI engineers, content creators, and product managers to enhance our intelligent virtual assistants, ensuring they deliver intuitive, accurate, and engaging interactions. This position is ideal for an analytical individual with a passion for language, technology, and improving customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze chatbot conversation logs, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with AI developers and linguists to define and refine natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) models.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance chatbot accuracy, relevance, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Create and update chatbot training data, intents, entities, and responses to improve conversational flows.
  • Conduct A/B testing on different conversational designs and analyze results to optimize performance.
  • Document findings, recommendations, and best practices for chatbot development and maintenance.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and conversational interfaces.
  • Provide actionable insights to product teams regarding user needs and chatbot capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI principles, including NLU and NLG.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on improving user experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, linguistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa).
  • Familiarity with UX design principles for conversational interfaces.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
