Key Responsibilities

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and beverage machines.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, providing correct change and processing transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen stations.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and receiving deliveries as needed.
