Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Refund Processing Clerks for both seasonal and permanent roles. As a Tax Refund Processing Clerk, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing tax returns and refund applications. This role requires excellent data entry skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. You will work closely with clients and tax professionals, ensuring all documentation is complete and processed in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities
- Process tax refund applications and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify client information and ensure all necessary forms are completed correctly.
- Perform data entry for tax returns and financial records into proprietary software systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and financial data.
- Communicate professionally with clients to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information.
- Assist tax professionals with administrative tasks as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic client files.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant tax regulations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and speed
