Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload deliveries and stock shelves with merchandise according to planograms.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness, minimize waste, and adhere to quality standards.
- Maintain organized and tidy stockrooms and sales floor aisles throughout the shift.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers safely and effectively (training provided).
- Adhere to all store policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the night crew team to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, reliably.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in merchandising and stocking.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a cohesive team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment, preferably in grocery.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations and inventory management basics.
