Job Description
Are you ready to jump into a dynamic, hands-on role with excellent earning potential? Sparkle Wash of Round Rock is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Pressure Washing Assistant. This is a mobile role, meaning you’ll be on the move, transforming properties across the Round Rock area. We value hard work and dedication, and we offer a high pay rate to reward our team members for their commitment. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with all aspects of pressure washing operations.
- Prepare work sites by setting up equipment, hoses, and safety barriers.
- Operate pressure washing equipment under supervision.
- Clean various surfaces including homes, driveways, decks, commercial buildings, and concrete.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions safely and effectively.
- Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Reliable transportation to our facility in Round Rock.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience with manual labor or outdoor work.
- Basic understanding of power tools and equipment maintenance.
- Customer service experience.
