Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Spa Receptionist to join our esteemed team. This pivotal role ensures a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests utilizing our premium spa services during the evening hours. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a calm demeanor. This position offers premium pay for night shifts and is committed to providing a safe and secure working environment, ensuring peace of mind for our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all spa guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manage spa appointments, bookings, and inquiries accurately using our scheduling software.
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain precise financial records for the night shift.
- Answer phones and respond to emails professionally, providing detailed information about spa services and packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service.
- Perform administrative tasks, including inventory checks, data entry, and report generation, as required.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and security protocols during night operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- A professional and positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Reliability and punctuality are paramount.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or luxury retail environment.
- Familiarity with spa management software (e.g., Mindbody, Booker).
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
