Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Microsoft Customer Liaison to join our team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams, providing professional, clear, and concise written communication related to Microsoft products and services. This is a professional written role, requiring exceptional grammar, clarity, and the ability to articulate complex technical information in an easily understandable manner. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and advocate for customer needs, ensuring a superior customer experience through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary written point of contact for customer inquiries, support requests, and feedback related to Microsoft products and services.
  • Craft clear, concise, and professional written responses to customer questions, technical issues, and service requests.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and sales to provide customer insights and advocate for product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft product offerings, updates, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-service resources.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammatical skills in English (US English).
  • Proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely in written form.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem products and services (e.g., Office 365, Azure, Windows).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Previous experience in a customer liaison, technical writing, or customer support role, particularly with a focus on written communication.
  • Experience working in a remote team setting.
