Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Microsoft Concierge to provide bespoke support and build lasting relationships with our VIP customers. This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity to join a world-class team, ensuring our most esteemed clients receive exceptional, personalized attention. As a Remote Microsoft Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for an exclusive portfolio of VIP customers, anticipating their needs, resolving complex issues, and proactively guiding them through the Microsoft ecosystem. Your role is critical in fostering loyalty and maximizing their experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove, personalized support to a dedicated group of VIP Microsoft clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and proactively offering solutions and guidance on Microsoft products and services.
- Manage and resolve complex technical and non-technical issues with efficiency and a customer-first approach.
- Coordinate with internal Microsoft teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular check-ins and relationship-building activities to foster strong client relationships.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft products, services, and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- High degree of empathy, patience, and ability to de-escalate sensitive situations.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a 100% remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience (1+ years) in a VIP customer service, account management, or concierge role.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft product ecosystem (e.g., Office 365, Azure, Windows).
- Experience working with global clients or in a multinational company.
