Job Description
Join Chili’s Grill & Bar as a Restaurant Associate through our exclusive Corporate Partner Program. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and food. You will be an integral part of our restaurant team, ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience. This program offers structured training and opportunities for professional development within a well-established brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to all service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring all tables are set correctly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
