Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver individualized coaching plans focused on enhancing grit, resilience, and mental toughness.
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with professionals at all career stages.
- Assess client needs, set measurable goals, and track progress effectively.
- Provide actionable feedback and strategies to help clients navigate stress, setbacks, and achieve peak performance.
- Create and curate resources, tools, and exercises to support clients' development outside of coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate grit coaching into broader professional development initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous records of coaching interactions and client progress, ensuring confidentiality.
- Stay current with best practices in coaching, positive psychology, and resilience building.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional coaching experience, with a focus on performance, leadership, or well-being.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective coaching strategies for mental toughness and resilience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
- Deep understanding of psychological principles related to motivation, habit formation, and stress management.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication and coaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- High degree of empathy, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a caseload effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification or equivalent.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse professional populations and industries.
- Background in sports psychology, military leadership, or high-performance environments.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning and other professional development tools.
