Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Google Media Analyst with a strong focus on Content Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for optimizing our clients’ digital content performance across Google platforms, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and conversion. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for content creation and distribution strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles, content marketing best practices, and the ability to translate data into compelling narratives that drive business growth. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with diverse clients and projects from anywhere in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Google Analytics data, Google Search Console, and Google Ads performance to understand user behavior and content effectiveness.
- Develop and implement content strategy recommendations based on data insights to improve organic search visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content and media campaigns, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities within client industries.
- Collaborate with content creators, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to ensure data-driven content development and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google algorithms, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and other Google marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data manipulation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) or other relevant Google certifications.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies for content optimization.
- Experience working in a digital agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
