Job Description

Texas Health Resources is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Receptionist Assistant to support our front desk operations. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet patients and visitors upon their arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with managing incoming calls, transferring to appropriate departments, and taking messages.
- Help maintain the neatness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Support administrative staff with filing, scanning, and organizing patient documents.
- Distribute incoming mail and assist with outgoing mail preparation.
- Learn and adhere to patient privacy (HIPAA) guidelines and office policies.
- Perform various light clerical duties as assigned by the office manager or senior staff.
